All items are shipped within 1-2 business days of payment reception using UPS or USPS. All items ship free, when delivered to a USA Street address location using ground standard shipping options. Express options will be charged for premium services. In most cases, orders placed before 12 Noon EST will ship the same day. Orders will only ship to the address listed on the order form. Signature may be required depending on item or address location. |
Return Policy:
No returns on open or used solutions, cosmetics, cleaners, lotions, disposables. Shipping damaged replacement only.
Equipment must be returned as new, undamaged, clean, unbroken, with all parts.
Tents must be returned undamaged, unstained and clean.
Buyer pays return shipping on eligible return items. After 30 days from purchase date on equipment, manufacturer warranty applies.All items are shipped new and unused.
Warranty:
All equipment is authentic from the manufacturer and comes complete with the manufacturer warranty. Item registration through manufacturers website required to active your warranty. The appropriate paperwork will be in your product information materials.
Warranty is handled by the manufacturer, and per their terms. Each listing will note the warranty time-frame for each item. Please message us through eBay if you have additional questions. We will be happy to assist you confirm how to use or activate your warranty.
Buyer is responsible for shipping costs to and from the USA Based Service center for servicing of items under warranty.
Item must have an active RMA number provided by the manufacturer before they can be received for return or servicing through the warranty. This can be obtained through the manufacturer website.
Loaner or exchange items are not provided with your warranty.
Solutions, cosmetics, cleanser, disposables, and skincare have no implied warranty associated with them. It is the buyer's responsibility to correctly store and apply these products. We strongly recommend all solutions be kept very cool, or refrigerated, and used fully within 90 days from purchase date for best shelf life and performance.
